Carol Quertier
Managing DirectorEstablished by Carol Quertier who has worked in business for 35 years – primarily in financial services and mostly in Asia, her roles have spanned many functions in both large and small organisations.
Most recently Carol was a CTOO for a digital insurer with responsibility for Technology, Transformation, Operations and Customer Servicing with a focus on the digitalisation and automation of customer, distribution and operations services and processes.
Specialties
In terms of project competencies, Carol is UK APM accredited, trained in Lean process re-engineering, has used both Agile flow/waterfall delivery models, she is applied human centred design principles to ensure optimal customer experience … all of these, combined with her practical real business experience, can be adapted to best suit the needs of clients and consultancy partners.
